After work, the four of us played basketball in the court right in the middle of SS2 - Mr CK Tan, Mr Ong Hock Siew, Alex ( a friend ) and myself. Mr Tan and Mr Ong were a team, where as Alex and myself a team. The format we played is first team to score six baskets (points ) win a set. We played four sets. They were extremely sharp on the shooting, and can see that they have a very solid fundamental for basketball - they were both state players. Of course on our side, we were'nt that bad - we had ME! Jk, Alex is also a very good player. We won the first set, they were all fired up; they won second, and third set. On the forth set, we won by a very close two points - It ended in a draw.
On the way back, Mr Ong dropped me back to the condo. We had a short chat and we touched base on two subjects :
First, the 2 most important things about wealth are

2) How to keep it
Most people know how to make it, but once they make it, they do not know how to keep it. His advice is to keep a portion - he said RM5o0-1000 every month ( you can start off with 10% of your income ), into a bank account that you can NEVER EVER touch. By the time you reach 50, you will have at least 2 million in your bank account because of the multiplier effect.
The second thing is about RECRUITING.
When we are planning to expand our business and recruit in other cities and towns, e.g. in Sabah's case: Tawau, Sandakan, Lahad Datu, etc, we don't need to approach 9-10 people when we are there, we just need 1 and 1. The method ,which he will teach in further detail, is to identify the person who is most willing and has the biggest drive.Tell him/her that whatever contacts you have in that area, you will pass it to him/her and place it under him/her. This will help him/her to expand quicker and also that you as the leader can coordinate better in that city/town. It is a very powerful method of expanding, and especially with the Smart Savers Program launching soon, we can sweep the town by storm! And yes, you are part of it.
