Leaders Challenge 8-10 May

The day to the Leaders Challenge is drawing near, in less than 2 weeks to go. The Newlife Organizing team just concluded a briefing at the venue, Gracehill Orchard Lodge, Bukit Tinggi, which is located 45 minutes away from Newlife@PJ. The Leaders Challenge consists of 4 broad areas.

The first area -

WHAT MLM REALLY IS

This area covers in detail what kind of marketing schemes, compensation plans and scams are out there. This will enable the Leaders to identify what kind of plans are in the market. Plan formulation can be divided into 6 categories, abbreviated as SUBMAH. On top of SUBMAH is Direct Selling. Below it are the scams and schemes. The structure as follows:

 In this session, it explains how companies structure plans and how it is not like what they are. The session will also touch base on how the scams and schemes are formed and why it is illegal, as well as how loyalty programs work e.g. BonusLink, Real Rewards, etc.

 2^nd Area –

NEWLIFE & MLM

The second area explains where Newlife stands and what our position is among the many plans; the Strengths, the Weaknesses, the Opportunities, and the Threats or S.W.O.T. Analysis, if you will. This session will also introduce the 9 Foundational P’s which are:

 3^rd Area –

HOW WOULD YOU BUILD IT IN MLM

 In this section, it explains how does a person structure and build his/her group most effectively and efficiently. One leg, two legs, three legs, ten legs...? It dispels the common misperceptions of structuring and show how they are impractical, as well as show which ‘sunshine’ or ‘satay’ will generate the most income while encouraging sustainability.

 4^th Area –

TRANFORMING YOU

This is by far the core of the Leaders Challenge. As the title suggests, it brings out the best in you. Here you will be challenged, be imparted knowledge, learn skills, polish up the attitude as well as uncovering the unused and unknown talents of greatness which has been bestowed to you. At the end of it, each and everyone will have a personal plan for success, and if you follow it to the dot, you will definitely succeed in this tested and proven method, because it is determined by YOU.

These are some of the features and highlights that you can expect to see during the Leaders Challenge. There are more programs, interesting ones, which I did mention, but you can bet that it will be worth your while.

 The response for the Leaders Challenge is overwhelming, many people have to be turned down due to the large number of interested participants. Nonetheless, there will be another Leaders Challenge coming up real soon after this, so make sure to book once the news it out.
